there are many factors causes those condition of bone disease happens in child age, youth age, adults, aged people and even infant in the pregnant uterus. those conditions cause joint pain and inflammation, weakness and pain bones, bone deformities, and other symptoms.

There are various factors will cause these bone conditions such as nutrition problem, deficiencies of absorbing vitamin D, parathyroid hormone imbalances, Fracture, genetic problems, etc. Let’s see one by one.

Osteoporosis: Not only old people’s disease that we talking about.

Osteoporosis is a most common bone disease caused by a variety of reasons, it’s a metabolic bone disease characterized by proportional reducing of bone matrix, calcium salt in bone tissue. In most osteoporosis cases, loss of bone tissue is caused due to an increase in bone resorption. The characteristic symptoms are bone pain and ease to fracture. Most osteoporosis happens in postmenopausal women and aged people and also can be prevented by nutrition and exercise.

Paget’s Disease: Strange name of bone disease.

The bone disease that we rarely hear, but it is also a very important bone disease. Our bone tissue has two kinds of cells, one of them called osteoblast that is responsible for building and molding bone structure, and another one called osteoclast is breaking down old cells. these two types of cells level Imbalance in Paget’s disease, lead to thickened and easy to fractured bone structure.

Osteogenesis Imperfecta: We can say infant disease.

osteogenesis imperfecta is a genetic disorder that is characterized by brittle bones that easily break or fracture. Osteogenesis imperfecta is caused by a gene defect of collagen-producing, a protein that is needed to make bones strong. this disease affects the bones in the inner ear and can cause a hearing deficit, as well as weak teeth and a curved spine.

Rickets: Childhood disease that we should be aware of.

Rickets is a preventable bone disease that usually affects newborn baby, children, and youth. This is caused by a deficiency of the metabolism of vitamin D in the body. Rickets is the main reason of weakness, brittle bones that easily fracture, and also may cause muscle pain.

Osteomalacia: The brother of rickets and osteoporosis.

Another bone disease is osteomalacia also has similar symptoms just like rickets and osteoporosis which is caused by a defect in vitamin D absorption and cycling in the human body, but it affects mainly adults. It is characterized by weakened bones and abnormal bone formation.

Bone Cancer: The disease that we don’t want to see.

According to the National Cancer Institute, bone cancer may be due to primary cancer that begins in the bone or spreads to the bone as secondary cancer from another part of the body such as cancer in the lungs, breast, or prostate. There are several types of primary bone cancers such as leukemia, osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma, and chondrosarcoma.
