This CT scan demonstrates axillary lymphadenopathy (indicated by the yellow arrow) in a 57-year-old male patient previously diagnosed with multiple myeloma. While multiple myeloma primarily affects the bone marrow and skeletal system, extramedullary manifestations including lymph node involvement can occur in advanced disease.
